I had the great opportunity to participate in this collaborative exhibition between the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago and the Field Museum as an exhibition planner!
This exhibition featured Korean artifacts that were originally displayed at the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition, presented as a special exhibition at the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago (@kccoc_chicago). It was truly meaningful to showcase Korean culture alongside artifacts from the Field Museum’s (@fieldmuseum) collection.
I was fully responsible for creating a 3D model that replicates the gallery space in both size and form, developing it into a virtual environment similar to VR. Along with this, I also took charge of the curatorial process.
Furthermore, I collaborated with my team to design and physically construct the Korea Pavilion.

I had the honor of participating as a curator and working on the 3D curation for the “Earthly Eloquence: Korean Ceramics” exhibition held at the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago (@kccoc_chicago ).
It was a great privilege to work with the works of artist Kang Hyo Lee, as well as those of other artists I have long admired.
